Completed Chinmaya Mission's Vedanta Foundation Course, grounded in timeless teachings on awareness and purpose.

Founded Savsani Yoga Teacher Training School, integrating therapeutic movement, breathwork, and stillness.

Graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Computer Science and Management Information Systems.

2005

Began a career on Wall Street, where the pace and pressure illuminated the urgent need for a more sustainable path to work-life balance.

Certified MBSR facilitator, trained in evidence-based mindfulness practices for resilience and stress reduction.

Began teaching Stress Management at MIT, blending neuroscience and mindfulness to support mental clarity and resilience.

Founded Savsani's corporate wellness arm, bringing integrative mind-body programs to workplaces to enhance performance and culture.

Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, applying a trauma-informed approach to inner regulation.
